“ The salmon was perfectly cooked and piping hot. Our Conundrum red was just right. Delicious. Not a huge fan of the herbed butter with the corn muffin. Oscar our server was pleasant and the right amount of attentive. Very nice experience. ”
“ We were honestly a bit surprised - it was really tasty, solid food. You never know when you're basically in a hotel parking lot next to a convention center!!! The green pork chili was fantastic- honestly, better than a lot that I've had in Denver (the land of awesome green chilis!). The tortillas with it tasted homemade and authentic, (not like smashed white bread). The brisket (in a quesadilla) was also quite good. Dining area is pretty industrial and open. Nice big bar in the center. Great service. ”
“ Note: contrary to other reviews, they no longer have fried chicken. I came in at 8, they close at 9. Asked for a table for 1, but they only offered the bar. I found that weird since the place was empty . I ended up sitting by the fireplace in the bar. It was unique. I had the French dip. Was excellent. Table server was excellent. Good meat. Interesting flavoring on fries. I'll definitely return. ”
“ First time here (they've been here almost 35 years but I'm not from Madison). Had the BBQ pork sandwich with a side of slaw and an IPA on tap. Everything was great, the service was good and the atmosphere is perfect. Highly recommend. ”
“ WOW! The brisket is amazing. We ordered the pound, and split it between 2 people. Still had leftovers. It comes with 2 sides of your choice. Add a couple of beers from their wide selection, and we were happy. I'm definitely going back to try more options. ”
“ I hosted my rehearsal dinner at Liberty Station and my fiance and I are both speechless. Everything was amazing!!! The communication with both Misha and Matt was outstanding from the start! They were very prompt when answering our questions and were always willing to help tweak things if we needed. We did a buffet of various barbecue, some sides and then dessert. The food was absolutely phenomenal, everyone that attended our dinner could not stop talking about the food and I was surprised to hear that a lot of my guests had no idea Liberty Station even existed, well they do now! Not only was the food wonderful, but the service and the drinks were top tier. I also want to say that they made us desserts that were not even on the menu and one of them was a brownie and it was probably the best brownie I have ever had. Thank you Liberty Station!!! Please consider hosting an event with them or even stopping in for lunch/dinner, you will not be disappointed! ”
